Level II Education and Therapy
We provide full DUI/DWAI services. This program meets the driver license requirements for the Department of Motor Vehicles. This program is also offered in Spanish. You may start these classes before you are sentenced in court.  Please see the schedule to the right for class times.
Individual Counseling
ACTS provides counseling to adults, couples and adolecents.  Sessions can address troubles such as anxiety, depression, relationships, past trauma, and grief.  Please call if you have needs you do not see here.
Relapse Prevention
This group helps participants identify triggers and patterns of use.  Clients will learn new coping, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.  The group format allows clients the opportumity to learn for thier peers.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.  EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches and has been shown to be effective in the treatment of many things including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and relationship troubles.  If you are feeling "stuck,"  EMDR can help.
MIP (Minors in Possession)
We provide an 8-hour education class designed to assist adolescents to become more aware of the negative affects that drugs and alcohol use can have on their lives. This interactive group setting gives participants tools to avoid the consequences of peer and societal pressures in using and abusing drugs and alcohol. This class does not have an enrollment fee. It can also be offered in Spanish if needed.
Women above the Influence
This program is exclusively for women and includes the following topics: Relapse prevention, triggers/urges, parenting skills, understanding emotions, coping skills, how childhood affects who we are today, how trauma and substance use are related, impact of use, boundaries, relationships and more.
Internships
Internship opportunities available for CAC, BA and MA.
Sobriety Monitoring
Probation and the DMV often require random breathalizers.  ACTS provides this service during business hours for $1.
